Melhor ainda, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind de 2004, a segunda longa metragem de Michel Gondry com Jim Carrey (a surpreender). O filme lembra Je t'aime, je t'aime (1968) de Alain Resnais (Hiroshima Mon Amour, L'Année dernière à Marienbad) que seguramente foi uma influência.
